ENROLLMENT FOR NEW STUDENTS BEGINS ON FEBRUARY 4TH!

Steps for New Student Enrollment:
1. Create an Account & Complete the Application:
Use the link below to create an account and fill out the necessary information:
2. Required Documents for Upload:
You'll need to upload the following documents when completing the application:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization form
- Most recent report card
- Test results
- Discipline report
3. Bring Originals to Your Tour:
In addition to uploading documents, please bring the original copies of the following to your tour:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization form
- Physical form (with parent signature, not uploaded)
- Report cards
- Test results
- Discipline report
Once you submit your application, you won't be able to make changes or upload additional documents.
4. Current Teacher/Principal Recommendation Form:
The recommendation form must be emailed to info@dcaeagles.com or faxed to 352-489-5760.
If applicable, please email any 504 plans or IEPs.
5. Next Steps:
- You must submit all forms and the $200 registration fee to schedule an interview after your tour.
- In most cases, a member of our administration will conduct the interview immediately following your tour.
